How much is due to the placebo effect? Hard to say, but what I CAN measure is an improvement in performance due to my perception of increased ability to focus and concentrate while ignoring distractions enough to compete at an even higher level than before.

Since starting Onnit Alpha Brain I have noticed right away - my focus is on point, i am very productive, feel very energetic and the overall mood is just great. I do have one side effect - which is still being very alert at night and having trouble falling asleep at my usual time. Which makes me think I will cut the dose in half and see how that works. My partner however has a completely different experience - his body just doesn't handle it at all - he has digestive issues, nausea, and muscle twitching. So be aware that it's not for everyone. Start slow, with half a dose with a meal and see how it works for you!

However, I only noticed a slight benefit. Not enough to continue using though. The dosage is two capsules a day and there’s only 15 servings so you’d have to buy two bottles a month for continued use. That’s just not reasonable for me.

Does not cause agitation or tremors like some other stimulants. Caffeine-free - can be taken even in the evening. The price is quite high, especially if you plan a long-term course. Some people (according to reviews) may experience slight dizziness or headache in the first few days. The effect is not always instant - it is felt gradually.

I think my life is a bit to crazy for supplements to help. I did notice the ability to focus a lil more but nothing significant. Not giving up on them yet but also not 100% that it's helpful for me.

I do not recommend them because it honestly probably takes months off taking them before noticing any change. The packaging was easy to open though. The value for the money is not worth it at all. I have trouble some days mid way through my workday trying to not get distracted. These have helped write a bit with being able to maintain my focus all day. The taste is just line any other supplement but I did like the packaging.

Well, this time, I had to pass it to my husband to try since it said that it wasn't recommended during pregnancy, he started taking it and he did seen a little bit of change but for this one you need more than a 30 day to see more of the effect, but it did work little so I'm gonna get him another bottle!! It has no taste, he said!
