I took 2 capsules (the serving size) after a *light meal* as recommended, and about an hour later I was feeling dizzy, nauseous, and sweating. Multiple times I felt like I was going to throw up but luckily didn’t. After taking them (which was my fault for not doing enough research) I found others have felt similar side effects after taking them for the first time. It took about 5 hours and a good night sleep for me to feel back to normal again. Safe to say I will be discontinuing my use of them. They didn’t taste like anything, and the packaging seemed to be appropriate for the contents inside; it also seems to be very pricey for only 30 capsules. I am glad they work for others, but just be careful and aware of the potential side effects it may have for you.
