I bought alpha brain a little less than a month ago and i must say THIS STUFF WORKS! i have always been skeptical about "focus" supplements. I work a sales job and i have always had touble finding the energy to get work done and stay alert. after taking alpha brain i have had an increse in my numbers and can get all my work done

I followed the daily recommended dosage and it made me nauseous. I can not confirm if the product did or did not enhance memory as I was consumed with a side effect of nausea. Maybe if I cut the dosage in half I would have had better results.

Of course, I will continue to take and test out, but no real changes thus far. He said that the supplement helped him to be more focused, his memory improved and his mood is also better. He feels more willing to focus on his projects. It is interesting to see how a supplement can promote concentration and mental processing. I look up the ingredients and found, as claimed, that this supplement includes L-Tyrosine-known to promote calm and focused state, L-Tyrosine-promotes alertness and motivation, and Phosphatidylserine-support memory, stress relief and ability to focus. The list continues on with more ingredients that you can look up for your own research. I generally have issues with focusing as I tend to get distracted and work on something else. Overall, i recognize that my level of focus has somewhat improved while working. However, I think these type of supplements still need more study and research to evaluate and measure their true effectiveness.

I can tell a big difference in my productivity after I take it in the morning. I can pivot from one thing to the other and keep going. I haven't really experienced that possibility in my daily life up till this point. Can't speak for everyone else, but it's definitely worth trying.

The only thing I really noticed a change in was I felt a little more alert. But not moreso than intaking caffeine without the jitters. It absolutely could be that this just doesn't work for everyone; because it unfortunately did not work for me.

I do feel like I’ve been able to focus better which is good but I have also noticed I have a much harder time falling asleep at night. Usually I’m in bed no later than 10pm and this past month I’ve not been able to fall asleep until 1am. Nothing else has changed in my diet and I’ve been taking this in the AM so I’m not sure if it’s Alpha Brain causing this or just something else. I’m not under and unusual stress so I know it’s not that. I’ll say if you struggle with focusing this does help but if my sleeping issues lately are due to this I probably wouldn’t suggest it. I won’t know for sure is the sleeping issues is due to this until probably a few days. I took my last one today.
