As someone who works from home a lot and has a job that requires a lot of mental capacity, this product has been life changing. It definitely has made me think clearly, even when I’m overwhelmed or if I’m having a long day. I have to say make sure you accompany this with a healthy meal. I did take this after having fast food and it did upset my stomach a bit. It’s a simple capsule so this product doesn’t really taste like anything and it’s easy to digest.

With products like this it’s always advisable to consult with your doctor especially when you have pre-existing conditions. There is no caffeine and it’s gluten free. The capsules are easy to swallow. I sometimes have difficulty focusing and this product did help me to be more alert and concentrate better after only a couple uses. Following the recommended dosage, I experienced nausea with a slight headache. I found taking 1 every other day works best for me. The cost for a month’s supply is pretty steep but will last longer by cutting the dose in half. I don’t know if I would purchase regularly because I’m not sure it’s 100% safe.

There's no studies that show this is actually effective, and it is not something that I would really chance.I tried it once and it gave me heartburn.

I'm only about 2 weeks in on using the product so maybe it will get better with time using it... But so far other supplements for memory that I've tried have had the same results... Not sure yet that I will grab another bottle for the memory part anyways..

I have quite a bit of trouble focusing on one task at a time and noticed an immediate difference when completing a work project. I will keep taking this product!
