It helped me stay more focused and clear-headed throughout the day. I liked that it didn’t give me any jitters, and the ingredients are natural, which is a plus. I took two capsules a day for two weeks, with a small meal. I was so optimistic about alpha brain after reading testimonials from high level athletes, as well as “Own The Day, Own Your Life.” Unfortunately, I detected no difference whatsoever in memory, focus, or clarity between when I started taking alpha brain and when I stopped, after the 30-tablet bottle ran out. Alas.

After using this product for a couple of weeks I can say that I think in conjunction with my existing regimen my brain did feel a bit more focused . I did not notice an after taste and the only reason for 4 is that I prefer supplements that only require one tablet per day as I’m already taking 5 others daily, but this would be my only drawback.
