[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got Alpha Brain in the 30 capsule size and the serving size is 2 capsules per day, so, a 15 day supply. The capsules are medium sized; they are not horse pill sizes but they are not small either. I am not a stranger to nootropics. I take 3 of the 10 "blend" ingredients in Alpha Brain on a daily basis. I am well aware of how they enhance cognition, focus, alertness, etc. I usually introduce nootropics into my supplement stack one at time so I can gauge effectiveness and note any side effects. Apart from Vit B6, Alpha Brain has Cat's Claw and 9 other nootropic ingredients labeled as "blends". You can't really tell what the concentration of most of the ingredients in each "blend". Except for Cat's Claw, most of them are not specific on concentration. And if I react to the pill in any way, no way to isolate the culprit. I am not really keen on playing with my brain like that.

It took about a week before I noticed that my brain fogginess was dissipating and my focus was more clear. It is both gluten and caffeine free and the capsule itself is vegetarian.
