I have been struggling with my concentration and memory for the last several years since my health has been declining. Since taking these supplements, I have noticed a slight increase in my concentration and memory. They don't cause me any nausea or difficulty in taking. I definitely would recommend.

Im just a normal dude who ordered Alpha brain (like most on here) because i enjoy Joe Rogan, and he said it worked for him. I got a larger bottle of the stuff and assumed id have to take it all they way through and like most supplements after a build up and body recognition of it i would start to feel.. effects? But nothing going. I am no stranger to fitness long time military member and some nutrional fundamental understanding. So my opinion is this is a great idea. The heart is in the right place, but realisticly... its just a gimmic. From research i have done (which im sure is in the same style as everyone else ie: to the internet!) There is a strong belief on both sides of the coin. Problem is it just doesnt work. I would not negate the whole company though. I do like the weights. Because weight is weight as long as you lift it. It works. And this companys definatley look and feel cool. My conclusion with onnit however is that the products i do like are never available and if there is an inability to keep up with simple supply and demand there will most definatley be an inability to properly test factual nutritional benifits of there supplements. I still like Joe Rogan so i just consider the purchase a donation toward keeping me laughing on the podcast.

First day Took two capsules with coffee and ritz crackers, started feeling nauseous after 30 min or so and mild headache started and it got worse. Vomited on third hour, felt like my gut was about to come out. Second day, took two after lunch. Started feeling nauseas after 30 min, had headache all day. Third day, didn't take any but still have nauseas feeling. Threw it in the trash. Not for me. Label says to try it at least 2 weeks. NOPE.

My husband has been wanting to try this supplement for a while so we both tested it. This product is awesome. It really helped me focus and move with ease finishing one task after another instead of my regular neurodivergent way of starting something then multitasking to the point I don’t even know where I started. I missed a couple days because I wasn’t feeling well and really noticed a difference in my lack of concentration, energy and over all mood. This product really helps me stay positive and in the moment with my young children as well. My husband loves this product. He has a stressful labor intense mentally challenging job, and after we finished our complimentary bottle he bought more in bulk. It’s THAT helpful at helping him navigate through his tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I think it’s helped me with my focus but be warned you have to have a light meal with this. this made me a little dizzy because I didn’t have too much to eat and took with my regular supplements in the morning. Packaging is economical but not sure if I would spend full retail price on this supplement. 7:10 for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Onnit Memory Focus but experienced lightheadedness and nausea after taking it. As for its effectiveness, I didn’t notice any improvement in my focus or memory. The side effects made me hesitant to continue, and I’m not sure if it had any real benefits for me.

I was skeptical of this at first. When i first started taking AlphaBrain i thought it was just the placebo effect, but i finished the 2 (90ct) bottles with my usual fish oil and vitamins. After which i stopped alpha brain for about 100 days. I've noticed a huge difference, and most importantly my productivity and creativity declined drastically. I was taking a journal through out the whole process and my entries vary drastically. Highly recommend to anyone who has a high stress job or just wants to live live to the fullest. Yes it is a bit expensive to the average person or college student, but this is an investment into thy self.

I think it worked well. Took it for 2 days. I had a bland taste. Ingredients weren't too bad. The value is a little expensive.
