The first 3 days, I felt a little more energy. Day 4, I experienced a significant increase in my energy and focus and it helped my mood a great deal. I take the weekend off and operate from a different stratosphere during the week while I’m on it. I couldn’t recommend this product more.

I’ve taken recommended dosage and I feel more clarity soon follows. Seems to be fairly quick acting and effects last a moderate length of time. I didn’t experience really any unwanted side effects. Capsules are super easy to take and standard size. Bottle is easy enough to open and to store. I haven’t had any struggles with the taste or and aftermath of taking the supplement. Price point is super high for this to be a routinely taken supplement.
