I was initially a little worried by the size of the supplement, but it went down easily and didn’t upset my stomach. I tried it with coffee and without, and definitely felt like with a cup of coffee it was a good combo.

I drank it with lots of water and next thing I knew my will to focus was better and I felt great. I do reccommend drinking lots of water as it can make you feel a bit dehydrated.

While not groundbreaking, it reduced my need for coffee. Occasionally, I experienced mild headaches, but nothing alarming.
