I think I would need to give this more time to see full effectiveness but overall I did notice some difference.

I’ve tried so many vitamins and such to try to help energy levels and focus especially when trying to be productive at work, at home and in fitness plans! This stuff is great. I took it with a quick breakfast and had no issues with my stomach feeling bad like other vitamins I’ve had before. There was a very subtle difference the first day I took it where I noticed the difference when it kind of “kicked in” but the other days it’s just been so steady overall improving my focus. My energy levels are better and it’s helping me to get to sleep quicker at night. Truly impressed at this stuff so far. The package is a nice design, simple but I do like the dark bottle. It looks so sleek, easy to identify. Really good stuff so far after using it a couple weeks! Capsules are on the slightly larger side but I didn’t even notice. Had no issues taking them at all. No aftertaste, no Wierd feelings or jitters. Overall, product seems to work so far as intended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. Wow this is the worst supplement I have ever taken. I took 2 capsules (the serving size) after a *light meal* as recommended, and about an hour later I was feeling dizzy, nauseous, and sweating. Multiple times I felt like I was going to throw up but luckily didn’t. After taking them (which was my fault for not doing enough research) I found others have felt similar side effects after taking them for the first time. It took about 5 hours and a good night sleep for me to feel back to normal again. Safe to say I will be discontinuing my use of them. They didn’t taste like anything, and the packaging seemed to be appropriate for the contents inside; it also seems to be very pricey for only 30 capsules. I am glad they work for others, but just be careful and aware of the potential side effects it may have for you.

Its also improving my job performance because I'm now remembering the codes instead of having to look everything up! Also seems to give a little energy boost. Easy to take capsules.

It's the only product I've tried that works! I'm a 45 yr old married man w/ 2 teenage boys. I'm retired and back in school to get a 2nd degree. Alpha Brain helps me not only compete academically w/ the 20 yr olds, but actually out perform more than half of them. There are other reviewers who gave Alpha Brain a low rating, but that is their own fault, not Alpha Brain's. If you are not getting enough sleep and/or overworking yourself, you probably won't get the results you want. Alpha Brain works best if you are getting 7-8 hrs sleep because sleep stages like deep sleep and REM promotes aspects of memory and learning. Alpha Brain is not a miracle pill that replaces adequate sleep.

I do appreciate that it doesn't taste nasty, and I also like that the capsules aren't incredibly huge.
