I did not try this supplement daily. I only tried it on days that I felt my brain was a little sluggish or days that I knew I needed to be more focused. Yesterday, I needed to work on some spreadsheets. I took the recommended 2 capsules after lunch. I immediately felt my mind got clearer. I was able to focus better and was in the zone for a few hours. There is no caffeine, so this supplement will not keep you awake at night. The one thing I did not like about this supplement was the smell whenever I opened the bottle. I do not know how to describe it, but it is simply unpleasant. However, when I took out 2 capsules and smelled them, I could barely detect the smell, so it is either the bottle that stinks or all of the capsules together make the smell stronger. Despite its smell, I do recommend this supplement to anyone who needs help with focusing and mental processing. My memory is pretty good, so I cannot attest to if it helped with my memory.

I wish it had the ingredients listed. I have no idea what was in it based on the labeling. I did take them as directed for the whole bottle. The capsules did not have any strong taste. Also they did not cause me to feel nauseous or any negative way if I took them in an empty stomach or not. I did not notice any difference in my memory, focus, or anything like that.

I've been using this supplement for a couple weeks. I feel I'll need to utilize them for a few more months before I notice a significant impact. It doesn’t taste like anything which is good, but I definitely would not have purchased this product.

There was not an immediate feeling of "clarity" after using for a month. But there was not anything making me feel off when taking it. Capsules went down smoothly and no after taste.
