[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking Alpha Brain for about a week and have enjoyed the boost of focus and energy that it gives you. The capsules are easy to take and don't have any weird taste. Good option to check out if you are looking for a caffeine-free focus or energy booster.

Alpha Brain works well to enhance focus and I noticed increase productivity at work in the 1 year since starting to take it. It can produce vivid dreams depending on the person and how/then it's taken. The largest drawback I've noticed is that is does effect your normal sleep cycle. When I stopped taking it for a period of a couple weeks after running out and waiting for a backorder, I noticed increasingly poor sleep quality and restlessness at night starting a few days after not having it. I'm not wild about anything that can alter my natural sleep state like that. As far as memory and focus are concerned though, it does work well.

I’m glad I only got one bottle because the only think I felt was sort of sick. Zero extra energy or ‘get up and go.’ I used almost (aside from 2 pills) the whole bottle had didn’t feel 1 benefit. Not even a feeling of brain sharpness or focus. It definitely didn’t help with weight loss efforts either.

It didn’t have any aftertaste or make me feel sick. Loved the ingredients list and found a lot of the ingredients very effective in helping focus, memory, etc. I’ll definitely continue taking these. I feel like it’s really helped me out.

I usually drink coffee or matcha for that caffeine boost but it always leaves me jittery and ends with a crash. Alpha Brain gave me mental clarity and focus with no negative effects. Once I took it I was in the zone in about 30 minutes and breezing through my tasks. This doesn’t replace a good cup of coffee, but it’s definitely a clean, non caffeinated way to boost brain function. 10/10.
