I bought Alpha brain after hearing about it from the Joe Rogan podcast and at first I noticed a better muscle connection will weightlifting and other training however it was just a placebo effect after I stopped taking it for a little bit to see if there was any difference I did not notice anything different with my mental focus or boosted memory and that even without it the muscle connection was still there. I really wanted to like this product but after trying it just is not worth it
