The recommended dose is two capsules, so there are 15 servings in the container. It is also recommended to take with food. It contains 10 mg of vitamin B6. It also contains L –tyrosine. L - theanine, oak extract and Phosphatidylserine. It also contains something called cat claw extract, which sounds strange, but it’s derived from bark, there is a variety of other ingredients. The capsules are caffeine free. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding or under 18 years old is not recommended for you to take this . It is packaged in a pleasant brown bottle with a clean design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this alpha brain for free from Influenster exchange to my own experience I was very excited to try this multivitamin because I had a hard time to focus and memorized everything in my busy day, this alpha brain had L- tyrosine and L-theanine how many Alfas include it is good and the best thing it’s vegetarian doesn’t have any bad things. I think I’m gonna have a fast act, but I didn’t see that. I think I’m gonna see a different about my focus and memorize after one month or more this one bottle has three capsules and it’s very easy to swallow and you take one each day so each bottle gonna stay with you for one month if you take it every day.
