It is long lasting and it doesn't leave any bad aftertaste or give you an upset stomach. I also like that it is gluten free and caffeine free. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a noticeable improvement in overall how I think and feel, with these, I feel more focused, my mind feels more clear, and overall, I feel more sharp. The price is up there, but I think it’s worth it. It took a good few weeks for them to fully take effect, but they’re easy to take, and work well!

When I first started using alpha brain I did feel like I noticed an increase in focus and short term memory but after a few weeks i noticed no difference in days i took it vs days i dont and after a few days of non use felt like i had harder times focusing than i did before i started using the product. Could all be placebo could work but my body builds a tolerance. Not sure but I have canceled my monthly subscription because to me it dosnt seem worth it. Just my opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't really notice any effects from this product. That being said, with any supplement, you really need to take it for 90 days to get the full effect. It's seems to have quality ingredients. Packaged well, and has no smell or taste.

The taste isn’t horrible though and the smell isn’t too strong. I’ll probably finish the bottle and see if there is any compounds effects for using this product.

Luckily that this doesn’t give me any nausa or anything. I’m not sure that it will help me focus, but I think It would.

But I did feel a bit more focused after taking them a couple days!! You get alot in the bottle, and even though the pills are big they're easy to swallow!!

I used them for about 3 weeks so far and can notice an increase in productivity which I'm sure my job is excited about. Def worth a try if you're like me and you go in 20 directions each day!

I have so much going on between my kids, extracurricular activities and my full time job, that it can be hard to focus and get thru my tasks. Alpha Brain offers support for focus, memory and reaction time. These capsules are of average size and easy to take with my breakfast.

The "comedown" was rough—felt nauseous and it seriously messed with my sleep, waking me up every hour. Loved the focus, not the side effects.
