Ive tinkered with my dosage and time for the past month and i must say i do like this product! At first i didnt notice the effects it was having on me because the only effect i could notice were headaches. I was told "listen to your body" and so i researched why i was getting headaches and it because I didnt have enough Choline. So, i started stacking Alpha Brain with Krill oil, fish oil, & some type of choline source (yogurt, meat, eggs, almond milk) and a 16-32oz of water! And then i would have my brain get busy (reading, writing, Lumosity, exercise) and i noticed that i didnt have headaches, instead I felt a lil sharper. My memory is slowly improving, my recall of words isn't improving like my memory is, and im less stressed out. I may give 1 more review next month, after i try out the white bottle of Alpha Brain (currently on the brown bottle 90ct).

The capsules are medium sized; they are not horse pill sizes but they are not small either. I am not a stranger to nootropics. I take 3 of the 10 "blend" ingredients in Alpha Brain on a daily basis. I am well aware of how they enhance cognition, focus, alertness, etc. I usually introduce nootropics into my supplement stack one at time so I can gauge effectiveness and note any side effects. Apart from Vit B6, Alpha Brain has Cat's Claw and 9 other nootropic ingredients labeled as "blends". You can't really tell what the concentration of most of the ingredients in each "blend". Except for Cat's Claw, most of them are not specific on concentration. And if I react to the pill in any way, no way to isolate the culprit. I am not really keen on playing with my brain like that.
