I do feel like I’ve been able to focus better which is good but I have also noticed I have a much harder time falling asleep at night. Usually I’m in bed no later than 10pm and this past month I’ve not been able to fall asleep until 1am. Nothing else has changed in my diet and I’ve been taking this in the AM so I’m not sure if it’s Alpha Brain causing this or just something else. I’m not under and unusual stress so I know it’s not that. I’ll say if you struggle with focusing this does help but if my sleeping issues lately are due to this I probably wouldn’t suggest it. I won’t know for sure is the sleeping issues is due to this until probably a few days. I took my last one today.

After listening to Joe Rogan i gave AB a trial & i found, i am calmer under pressure (takes away my usual aggressive edge), more able to process multi-tasking objectives, can construct a flow with the complex linguistic patterns in my studies (NLP & Hypnosis) as i write, which is usually extremely difficult for me and my dreams are indeed clear, lucid & recallable. I also believe if you eat clean you leave your body more accessable to absorbtion, so get ONNIT !! 10 ot of 10 !!!
