This supplement is suppose to improve your memory and focus but I didn’t find any change after trying it for 3 weeks. I’m not sure if I wasn’t on it for long enough or if it simply doesn’t work.

I can't say I noticed too much of a difference taking these for one month but I suppose I did notice a little more focus. I honestly just didn't notice too much of a difference personally and they are on the pricier side so I wouldn't repurchase.

I have so much going on between my kids, extracurricular activities and my full time job, that it can be hard to focus and get thru my tasks. Alpha Brain offers support for focus, memory and reaction time. These capsules are of average size and easy to take with my breakfast.

I was very excited to try this product. Unfortunately I did not notice any change or difference in my focus, concentration or memory. I did not notice any cognitive changes. This product did not work for me.

I used both the capsules and the powder in the packets alternating both ever other day and found out that each day I did take it I could focus andrember little details but that it was nothing like caffeine at all. On the days I didn't take it I fell back into my routine of being distracted and unorganized. So for. This product was very effective . So I bought more of it and each time I take it it remained effective
