I started taking it as directed with 2 pills a day. I take one a day now because two will make it too hard to sleep at night. I’m pretty sure I’ll keep using them. For the first time in years, I’ve been able to sit and read a book without reading the same line 20 times because my mind started to drift. I’m not yet where I want to be but I’m hoping things continue to progress to where I can feel normal again.

Doesn’t seem to hurt my stomach at all which is a plus to me. Haven’t really noticed a difference in memory, but since I’ve only been taking it for a little under 2 weeks I believe it may take time to see full results.

You have to take 2 pills as an adult without exceeding that dosage. The taste was just like any other supplement. But the effectiveness was great. It definitely made me more focused on tasks.
