I found I had more energy and was able to tackle more things throughout the day. I did have headaches the first few days taking them, and feel a bit dehydrated while taking them, so be sure to up your water intake. They also make for some incredibly vivid dreams (possibly a part of the memory boosting aspect). They are easy to take, but the capsules taste pretty bad, so I recommend having your liquid handy to swallow before popping them in your mouth. They really do work though, and the only side effect I noticed was the headache that was worst the first day and persisted for a few days before stopping as I was beginning the regimen.

I’ve been active and a healthy eater for quiet a while. But still have issues with energy levels and clarity. So I decided to try adding alpha brain to my routine because I’ve heard so many good things about it. I guess my body doesn’t agree with it. I gave it two chances, with a day in between, because I thought maybe I had just gotten sick or ate something that didn’t agree with me. I followed the instructions and took it after my first meal, at 11, and around 4 I came down with hot and cold flashes, started visibly shaking, and got super nauseous. It’s pretty debilitating. I’m bummed because I want something to work for me and had high hopes. It seems to work great for others, just maybe don’t try it on a day away from home. As I’m currently waiting for it to subside so I can safely leave work.

I have taken another brand and it had more consistency in that area so that’s why I took away 1 star. I would definitely recommend this product because it does work.

Since I’ve started taking this supplement, I haven’t had that problem. I could tell a difference the 1st day! I also LOVE the fact that it is caffeine free because I am sensitive to caffeine & cannot drink it. It’s nice to find something that’s stimulant free and also does what it claims to do. Highly recommend if you suffer from memory or focusing problems.
