Need to give it a month. But one of the best products I have used in a while! Usually don’t believe in this stuff, my memory really has improved. My energy has increased and overall creating routine for myself. Not sure of side effects for long time use, but will continue until more research is conducted. Age 26 - female

I’m a 69 year old man and have been taking it for maybe a little over a year now and I do believe it works. I don’t take it everyday I just can’t afford to but I take it for occasions I need a better thought life. My memory isn’t so good. But I’ll keep taking as I can. I have been taking Alpha Brain for a few weeks. I usually take it with either a racetam and choline supplement or rhodiola. I also take daily greens supplement and vitamins. I have noticed no negative effects from alpha brain and if there are positive effects they’re very subtle. I would say that my ability to regulate and stabilize emotion has been slightly increased. Less mood swings in other words. Maybe a slight increase in focus but it’s hard to tell because racetams and rhodiola are both pretty substantial in their effect on their own.

I have been taking Alpha Brain for a week. Not at all what I expected. So. Much. Better! I feel like it turned on something in my mind. Definitely more focused and engaged with life's tasks and much more in tune with myself. No artificial energy like caffeine etc. I just feel like and am doing things I have been avoiding for months.

Unfortunately, I didn’t feel any effect at all. I went through the entire bottle, dosing as directed, even trying on an empty stomach and after a meal, etc. there was no discernible difference between taking and not taking it. I think other reviewers had it right when they said that it may be that the ingredients are simply under-dosed.

Had a bad reaction to this the first time I took it as directed. I tried it again the next day just to be sure it was in fact Alpha I was reacting to. Same thing. Nauseous, dizzy, generally unwell feeling. It was progressive and lasted most of day, into the evening.
