I ordered a 30 count bottle first and didn’t really start to notice a difference until towards to end of the bottle. But MAN!! Did it kick in the last couple doses! Enough to have me say something to my GF about Wanting to order more and really get it going on a Daily Basis! I Work at a Supplement and Nutrition Store So I get Questions and Need to just be on point For Every Customer to Answer Any And All Questions! This Alpha Brain. Keeps me On Top of My Game!

I found this helped alot and have been taking it daily if coupled with my proper goal planning tasks and quiet time before I start my day - which is critical - or the day ends up planning me vs me planning my day. I follow Don Miller's "Here On A Mission" approach of writing out my top three priorities and working on those first and then if I have any gas left in the tank as the day progresses , moving on to my secondary task. No matter what I take , I will lose focus the most if I don't have a plan in place that I think about and write down. This supplement helps for sure alongside my other vitamins and supplements which I take. Basically, I will take Alpha Brain in the morning with food to help ensure proper absorption and occassionally will take an extra capsule if I have a project or task that requires extra mental attention in the afternoon. Being in my early 50's this approach helps later in the day as most people naturally start to lose mental effectiveness as the day goes on. Great product

I have been considering trying alpha brain for a little while, so the free two-week trial came up at the right time. There was nothing to not like about the trial, ordering was quick and easy, and the trial bottle came quickly. Unfortunately, after taking the product for two weeks, I had no noticeable changes or benefits. I believe it may work for some, just not for me. I am glad I had the chance to try the product before committing.

I didn't find this helpful at all. First off, the suggested use is 2 capsules daily but there are only 30 capsules and not 60 like most 2 a day products which means you only.have a 2 week supply and not a month which they do not tell you. And second I just did not do anything for me with keeping focus at all. So overall I wasted my money on 3 bottles and got nothing in return.

Honestly I didn’t think anything was going to work anymore. I just couldn’t seem to gain the focus and energy that I was looking for. I have been taking Alpha Brain for two weeks now and I’m actually excited to be onnit!! Focus ,energy, stamina, and the drive to complete my tasks. I’m all about this product. It is exactly what is advertised!

I been taking the alpha brain for a few weeks now and notice nothing different or no noticeable changes when I take it. Feels like a huge was of money, still take it every day hoping to feel it but still nothing. Wanted to try the black label but worry it cost more money but will have zero results too

This is Onnit’s flagship supplement. I’ve heard about it countless times on the Joe Rogan podcast. I don’t use this product everyday but when I do use it. I find remarkable results as far as memory and word recollection. I advise everyone to try this product you will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately I only got to try 3 days worth of Alpha Brain. Our AC broke in our apartment and temperatures went above 100 degrees. Out of safety I had to throw away the rest of the pills. The few days I got to try it, I liked it. I had improved focus and was in a better mood.

My husband and I have been taking this regularly for the past couple months and we have noticed a huge difference in our daily activities. We now go to the gym 5 days a week and daily walks with the kids. We use to just talk about doing these things but now we do them. Alpha Brain some how gives us the motivation for the things we have been wanting to do. I use to sit and think “I should do the dishes, I’ll do it later”. Now when I think “I should do the dishes” I actually get up and do them. Not sure how it does what it does, but it works. Love this product and we will continue to use it.
