You know those days when you wake up and you’re ready to just go and everything just clicks and flows. That’s what it feels like every morning that I have taken alpha brain. I was skeptical at first but It seems to improve my memory recall, focus and vocabulary. I highly recommend it if these are functions you’re looking to sharpen.

Yeah actually after a couple of days on this, I do feel a little sharper which to my pleasant surprise, is helping me get more stuff done. Would recommend. When you buy it, don’t expect a magic bullet, just know it will help you have a bit more clarity and mental energy in our day to day stuff which is basically what we’re all looking for no?

I had really high hopes for this product, but was unfortunately very disappointed. I tried the recommended dosage for two weeks with no noticeable improvement. After the initial two weeks and seeing no improvement, I increased the dosage to 3 capsules a day and still nothing. From my 30-day supply, I have a few days left and will not be wasting anymore money on this product by ordering more. My personal experience with this is it is a waste of money and offers none of the benefits advertised.

Had high hopes, but noticed after day 2 of taking it I started getting slight headaches and mild nausea, tried powering through, after 3 weeks still had the negatives with no apparent positives so I quit taking it, negative side affects cleared up over the next 2 days.

This product led me to having horrible gas and loose stools. I thought my body would eventually get used to it, but after 2 weeks of taking it, I had to stop- I have no idea if it helped since whatever brain matter I was possibly building, was going right out of me, into the toilet.

I like Alpha Brain, for help with dream clarity. I will usually take one in the middle of the night after sleeping for several hours. Taken at this time, Alpha Brain takes effect right around the longest REM cycles of sleep, which helps clarify, and vivify dreams.

It's hard to say if I actually feel the effects from Alpha Brain or if I'm just getting a placebo effect. From experimentation I have found the situations and activities where it seems to benefit me the most: creative work that requires a sustained level of focus for 2 - 3 hours. I'm a graduate art student that has a lot on my plate. I use Alpha Brain for things like writing grant or project proposals, video editing sessions, etc. I find it effective if I plan to use Alpha Brain during one of these activities, schedule the time to do it, drink a cup of black coffee and take two Alpha Brain pills. I seem to gain a very deep level of focus that sustains for about 3 -5 hours that allows me to shut out distractions and just do the work. I always use it with caffeine. The few times I've done this at night I have found that my dreams are pretty vivid in the morning. However, I also had memorable and vivid dreams before I started taking Alpha Brain. I find that if I just take Alpha Brain without any plan or purpose I don't get anything from it. I don't take it everyday, it's way too expensive for me to do that, and only use it in the situations listed above. The main problem with these supplements is the effect is hard to perceive. However, listening to the recent Rogan/Aubrey podcast, their research seems to suggest that it does give a bump to some cognitive processes that allows one to enter into a flow state more easily. Coupled with caffeine and a plan of action, and I'd say it definitely feels that way to me. I took one star off because it's a bit expensive for me even in bulk. Don't know how often I'll buy it.

Im normally not one to review a product. This honestly might be my first, but I do truly believe in and enjoy the benefits of taking Alpha Brain. I take it Monday through Friday as I’m a college student and find it much easier to focus in my classes and complete tasks throughout the day. Not only does it help me with productivity and focus, but I also feel a sense of elevated mood through the day and feel that even conversations and interactions with others are easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend.
