It seems to work with this terrible brain fog that is part of serious chronic autoimmune conditions. I'm afraid to take it everyday and lose the efficacy. Tried so many supplements, vitamins & minerals with no luck. Shared it with a healthy person and they also experienced a non-jittery boost.

After a few days of taking alpha brain I started to recognize that I had a sharper focus,band found my self falling into creative mode a lot easier. I paint draw sketch and train bjj so I have found it to be beneficial. I am about to make another order

Although I am sure this helps brain function and memory because I trust Onnit and all their products, I have yet to truly feel the benefits from Alpha Brain. I will continue to use the product until the 60 capsules are finished and hope to enjoy the benefits others have reported to be helpful with brain function, productivity and memory.

Began taking 2 Alpha Brains on 12/9/23 with my daily night meds. I usually sleep from 9pm to 6:30 am uninterrupted. But with Alpha Brain I awoke at 2am and did not go back to sleep for 2 hours. So I decided to take the 2 capsules at 10am to circumvent awakening at night,but instead I awoke at 1am for 2 hours before getting back to sleep. I tried this for several days and I always awakened. I take it because I want to improve my memory, 'what's that word, what's that word as Joe says. While engaged in group conversations words just pop into my mind, which I usually struggle to find. I'm 76 years young I'll continue to take Alpha Brain in hopes it'll improve my recall. I've decided to take it at night. Looks promising.

Not quite the experience I was hoping for according to the reviews I have seen but it has given me a slight mental edge during the day. It’s also a hard sell compared to some other products around that price point but if you’re really interested in the brand itself and have the money for it I would certainly recommend giving it a try.

There is something in Alpha Brain that makes me feel near unstoppable. It has helped with my organization, focus, and recall - and I feel more articulate than before. I make a point to take Alpha Brain before I need to bring my "A" game at work or when I need to hunker down and focus. I've yet to be disappointed!

It's a great product that works and is something I have purchased a few times now. I notice the mental clarity and focus that comes with using it. It is a major help for long work days and when you have a lot on the go. I use it with Shroom Tech to get a full compliment of energy, endurance and mental focus.

Alpha Brain is part of my daily routine. Clears the fog during work for sure. I take it before playing hockey as well and I can definitely tell the difference between games when I do or do not take it. My thought process is much clearer and sharper.

I have taken this product for 30 days now. As someone approaching 65 I found over the last several years that memory recall (searching for words and not finding them) was becoming a problem. So frustrating! I have definitely noticed an improvement since beginning Alpha Brain. It took about 2 weeks to begin to notice that words and recall were improving. Very pleased with this product. Ordering more today!

You don’t feel anything from this. I guess the only thing I noticed from this is I was singing along to a fast song with tough lyrics and hit them all smoothly, which I thought was pretty cool. Other than that though I don’t feel anything from this, no clear head, no type of rush (although I don’t think that’s promoted anyways because it is NOT a stimulant) but yea I originally signed up for a subscription every month and a half and after the first day taking it I cancelled it. I still take it but I honestly just don’t feel anything from it. I gave it 3 stars mainly due to the whole singing along thing and the fact that I do like this company in general.
