Easy to take the 2 pills in the morning with breakfast and lasts more or less throughout my work day. I didn't have any negative side effects like GI issues. Seems very subtle kicking in and wearing off.

Hi all! I read the detailed reviews of Alpha Brain and decided to buy a pack of 90 capsules. I ordered through the IHERB website from the USA to the Czech Republic, I received them in 7 days. I have been taking these pills for about one month and have not felt any effect. Although I watched a lot of their ads and expected to feel the effect on my life. I am a healthy person, go in for sports and lead a normal life. Perhaps these pills are not suitable for all people.
