I have to start by saying that I was skeptical and not sure but I was willing to try something different. I am an addict/alcoholic with mental health issues and when I say I've tried everything, that is an understatement. Finally I was like let me try this and see what happens and at first, nothing but then a few weeks went by and let me tell you, this has changed and saved my life and I absolutely recommend it to anyone. The thing is you have to be patient and as an addict that is hard to do since instant gratification is in my DNA...
