The notices were subtle and you don’t feel like you took anything, you just begin to notice that you work better, plan better and do better. I started with the seven day trial, and can’t believe I am just now finding out about this product! My only regret is not finding out about them sooner.

The capsules are an average size which is easy for me to swallow. I have not experienced any stomach upset or otherwise negative effects from taking this supplement. I really like that this formula does not rely on caffeine to achieve the desired results. I like the results I am experiencing from this supplement. It has worked well for me.
