It contains L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, Bacopa, Phosphatidylserine, and other ingredients known for their nootropic properties. What I liked: ✔ I feel a slight improvement in focus, especially in the first half of the day. ✔ No strong side effects like some stimulants. ✔ Natural ingredients, including plant extracts - it’s really good for me! My husband Cons: ✖ The effect is not instant – you need to take it regularly to notice a difference. But it’s ok, for this ingredients! ✖ It doesn’t replace good sleep and nutrition – if you’re already exhausted, these capsules won’t work miracles. Overall, a good supplement if you’re looking for mild brain support, but don’t expect an instant boost. It works best when combined with a healthy lifestyle.

I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried Alpha Brain, over a year ago.... I mean, there was a very noticeable difference in my performance and I considered it a godsend... Just recently, I ordered the new formula.. and was severely let down. No effect what so ever. On top of that, they upped the price on it! Higher dollar for absolutely no effect... At least for me anyway... I'd love to know if they have any of the old formula left. I loved that stuff and it did wonders for my art and creativity... I was raised with the saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"....

With claims of being a noortropic that helps your brain fire on all cylinders, I was more tired if anything. I had zero effect after taking these supplements for until the bottle was empty. I did feel spurts of tiredness but not sure if I can connect it to this product. This makes me heavily question the ingredients it claims to have and the heavily promoted effects that are promised. With such big claims and boasting of over 7.5million bottles, I had expected high hopes. I expected to remember a few more things or focus a little bit longer. Unfortunately, this product should be called Alpha Bogus instead of Alpha Brain.
