[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this finally came in, I waited for the following day to take it so that I had plenty of time to try it out before going to bed. At first, I didn’t feel any difference. It’s easy to take. 2 pills a day with a light meal. I only took 1 to see how I would feel. Again, I didn’t feel anything. So I did a second day. My eyes started twitching. It was like that all day and all night. I stopped taking it to reset my body. I even made sure to get plenty of sleep. And eventually it got better. I figured I would give it a try again. And yet again, it made my eyes start twitching. I’m not for sure what is going on. But I’ve never had problems with my eyes before. And I had researched the ingredients before taking it. And it seemed like they were fine. I hope this works for others. But It’s definitely not for me.

Some days are long and hard, staying alert and on top of everything is top priority for me. I can only speak to how these have either helped me or didn’t help much. I believe these have helped me with staying focused on tasks, LONGER. On days when I am scattered, this helps me keep an orderly list without losing focus. I can get through classes with both my sons, vacuum the entire first floor, do laundry, and study my scriptures. This has come in handy and I’m definitely repurchasing. I know that on influenster you have to have the best photos and aesthetic with your pictures, and I don’t have that kind of time if I’m being honest. However, I do use everything and try it before hand, in order to give accurate reviews on how well/poorly something worked for me. I recommend these for those who need help staying focused.
