They don’t really do anything and there is no scientific backing to tell that they work. There is also no research to back their claims. The packaging is nice but the product is just another scam in the health market.

I went and got my usual mozzarella sticks for lunch and for some reason it tasted off. Then my chin started twitching excessively and I developed a lisp. I started freaking out thinking I was having an allergic reaction to the food or something but turns out it was the supplement. The excessive twitching moved onto my neck, chest, and stomach. I thought I was gonna have to rush to the ER instead of going camping. We had to suddenly pull over for me to throw up and then find a bathroom shortly after. The effects lasted all day. I was absolutely miserable. If you try this product, I recommend doing half the dose it says just in case. This honestly has me afraid to try another supplement :(

Every person metabolizes and has different responses to everything so keep that in mind. I unfortunately did not have the huge response I was hoping for. Maybe if it was longer than 1 month or I wasn’t in the depths of taking care of young children (aka always exhausted) I’d notice more of a difference. I did appreciate that this was caffeine free so I could have this supplement and I didn’t have to worry about my caffeine intake the rest of the day. Again, everyone will have a different response to the supplement so you might have a totally different response!

I notice that I get more done while I'm taking alpha brain and I seem to have a more positive attitude as well. I went through a stressful situation I feel as if alpha brain and new mood got me through with much more ease than if i hadn't taken anything

I feel it take like 3-12 months to notice a difference, if any at all. Physically, I have never really noticed a difference when taking either. I did have good results from a hair supplement awhile back. I haven’t noticed any focus getting better but I’m sure it needs more time.
