I honestly didn’t notice a huge difference after trying these for a couple weeks but the one difference I did notice was I was able to focus on one task without jumping to 8. I don’t really think a pill could help with reaction time… idk what that claim is supposed to mean. Another claim is that it helps with memory. I feel like my memory is pretty good but at the same time I feel like I always remember things and never really thought about how much I don’t remember. Placebo? Idk. Would I buy these myself? No

so i had been taking this a year notice a good difference the first 3 months but after that it felt like I didn't need it any more so I stopped. but now with a new job that requires more thinking then muscle I started using it again and this has help more then the first time I used it
