I was pleasantly surprised to feel more energetic and aware after taking these. I even felt like my reaction time on the volleyball court was a bit quicker. I had seen many ads saying how great these are - so I’m glad I got to try them. I will keep using them for a few more months, especially as I go back to school for more masters credits. I would recommend trying these to see if they work for you too!

After just a few days of use, I started experiencing severe headaches and nausea, which only got worse the longer I took it. Instead of boosting my cognitive function as advertised, it left me feeling drained and on edge. I tried reducing the dosage, but the side effects persisted. For the price and the promises, I expected much better results. Sadly, this supplement did more harm than good for me. Would not recommend.

I also noticed better dream recall when I take it consistently. I accomplished the most I have in a day as far as doing house chores efficiently. It is easy to swallow and does not have a thick outer coating. There is no flavor or weird tasting burps. The first day, I made sure to eat a good breakfast before taking the supplement. It does not have any flavor to the capsule. The bottle had a child safety lid to keep keep kids safe. I felt the effects fairly quickly. My energy was very high, and my focus was sharp. My stomach, however, didn't agree. The next day, I did not take a dose. I felt VERY tired and lethargic all day.

I have been on alpha brain for about 5 days now and this is what I've noticed... Before I started I was not one for remembering dreams and I now have very vivid dreams that I recall frequently. I wouldn't call them "lucid" but they are easier to recall and very specific. As far as increased focus and cognitive function I can't say that I've noticed a drastic change. I noticed more of a change in my focus when I was supplementing krill oil and an EPA extract but I did not have the dreams like I do with alpha brain. I bought the double pack so I will see where I am at in a couple weeks but for right now, placebo effect or not, I think the dreams alone are worth the purchase!

I was so hyped to see if this would assist with focus. In my time, I did notice I was more awake and attentive. This is a major plus in my area of work and greatly appreciated. I haven't noticed any bad symptoms, so that's a plus. Im highly sensitive to anything, so also another good note. However, for the dosage vs. little quantity for the cost, it is too high to keep up
