I did not notice a difference in my ability to concentrate. I did feel less tired throughout the day with work and school. I took it daily at 9 am with food. I got nauseated every afternoon around 2-4pm. (Not sure why, but it ended when I stopped taking the pills.)

I've been taking Onnit Alpha BRAIN supplements for a few weeks and have noticed some improved focus and mental clarity. The capsules are a tad large, and it's a little pricey, so the suggested two capsules a day from a bottle of 30 capsules only covers about 2 weeks but overall, it seems to be a decent product.

I was fortunate to not experience any negative side effects while using Alpha Brain. I did feel the “in the zone” feeling while using the supplement.
