I’ve been taking them for about 24 days now and my overall memory and able to concentrate has increased. I really do enjoy these pills and I feel as if I’m going to continue taking them. I highly recommend this for anyone who has a hard time keeping their focus. 

If you don’t want your money then buy this stupid can on nonsense, I don’t know what “in the zone” feeling these snake-oil salesmen had me believing I was suppose to to feel because I just have a pounding migraine with the worst stomach cramps. Myself and a colleague have gone home from work early because of this stupid pill.

I work 14hrs to 16+hrs a day for 14 days straight. I tried this for two months hoping it would help increase my focus during those long hours. I experienced no improvement during those couple months. I'mback to the reliable excessive amount of caffeine to keep me going.

With these vitamins I feel like I have more energy but also remember more than what I used to. It doesn’t taste like anything which make it easier for me to take them. Love that it comes in a capsule which is easier to swallow and also has amazing ingredients. You do get a lot in one bottle which will last a full month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried using this about 10 (ten) days ago. I have always struggled with focus and concentration. I also have difficulty with my memory at times. I was very excited to try this product. Unfortunately I did not notice any change or difference in my focus, concentration or memory. I did not notice any cognitive changes. This product did not work for me.

Alpha Brain works well to enhance focus and I noticed increase productivity at work in the 1 year since starting to take it. It can produce vivid dreams depending on the person and how/then it's taken. The largest drawback I've noticed is that is does effect your normal sleep cycle. When I stopped taking it for a period of a couple weeks after running out and waiting for a backorder, I noticed increasingly poor sleep quality and restlessness at night starting a few days after not having it. I'm not wild about anything that can alter my natural sleep state like that. As far as memory and focus are concerned though, it does work well.

It’s caffeine-free, which I love since I’m sensitive to stimulants, but it still gives a subtle mental clarity and focus boost. I’ve felt more dialed in while working without the jitters or crash. It’s only been a few days, so I’m curious to see how it performs long-term, but so far, it’s a solid start!
