Been taking it for about 60 days. I do notice my memory is better at recalling things. I had stopped dreaming or at lest remembering that I dreamt, but now I get vivid dreams again. I remember most of the dreams or am aware that I did dream. I am noticing that I seem to be on the down trending side of a bell curve with memory and dreams closer to the end of the 2nd bottle. Would love to continue taking it but the price is just a bit too high

The ingredients are ok. I wish they were organic. I like that they are vegetarian. The bottle only gives you 1wk worth. I’d rather just pay for energy drinks that taste good and immediately effective. You need to take this daily to notice any difference

There's no real taste besides being a bit herbal. I tried Alpha Brain hoping for improved focus, clarity, or memory, but honestly, I didn’t notice any real difference. Maybe it works better for others, but for me, it felt like nothing changed. At this price point, I expected more.

I will continue taking it to see if it really does help with focus and memory. Wish it wasnt so expensive though!
