I mainly wanted something to help with focus and mental clarity without relying on caffeine, and this definitely delivered. Unfortunately I did not notice a difference in focus or anything. It did upset my stomach when I went to 2 capsules so I’m not sure that it is a good choice for me. The bottle also only lasts for about two weeks if you take it as recommended, so it’s not a great value. Pretty expensive for me to try it for longer. I didn’t notice a taste or aftertaste so that’s always a plus.

I am using Onnit Alpha Brain supplement to help with my memory, concentration, and thinking time. The key ingredient is an amino acid L-theanine. It contains a few other ingredients that can play a role in neuro-transmission and brain cell health. So far I haven't had any side effects from it. I do feel a slight improvement in my focus and work efficiency. I haven't noticed a big difference in my memory at this time.
