The capsules are easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed a gentle lift in focus during my study and work sessions. I will say I believe these are effective as I noticed I was more focused after taking them. It did make my teeth feel weird/it felt like I was noticing my teeth more. If there are days I need to focus more or I am feeling tired I will probably take these but these are definitely not an everyday supplement for me. My husband came to the same conclusion I did about them. Not a love but not a hate either!

You will need to take these for at least a week for this to work. After my first week, I did not think it helped much. Then I decided to skip a day. It was certainly noticeable that whole day. I work from home and found myself easily distracted, tired, and not motivated to accomplish much. I resumed taking them again the next day and have been a fan ever since. I get far more accomplished in less time than before.

I bought it thinking, well, what the heck, it can't hurt. I wasn't too sure about the first few days I used it. I was feeling good anyway but today, third day trying, it made a difference. I am in customer service and I have to be alert and articulate or the clients will eat me alive. LOL. I don't feel jittery and I am jazzed to keep taking calls, helping clients and am planning on cleaning out my fridge after work too. What? LOL
