I have been taking as directed for the last few weeks and I feel more focused. My memory seems better too! The pills don’t have any kind of after taste. I do try to eat healthy and I wouldn’t try to use these as any substitute for eating right but I would recommend trying these if you feel foggy and unfocused.

I had done a 1 week trial with no issues, so I bought a 90 pill bottle. After about 2 weeks I started noticing that I was having trouble swallowing and was having terrible acid reflux. Stopped taking the pills for 2 weeks and acid reflux was gone, so I tried taking the powder out of the capsules, to see if the capsule was the cause. 3 days in and started having difficulty swallowing again so had to stop. Going to try the instant now. When I was taking, it worked great, but cant take it in the pill form.

I've been taking this product for a little over a month and I am enjoying the benefits. I work as an EMT full time, and the I can tell a difference in my reaction time, and how quickly I can wake up from a deep sleep. I took a star away because of the price, at about a dollar a pill it would have to be the first supplement I drop if money were to get tighter.

It helped me stay more focused during work and gave me a clearer head. I did notice some mild side effects like a slight headache the first couple of days, but it went away. The capsules are easy to take, but it’s a bit pricey compared to other supplements and doesn’t taste weird. It does work for short terms of focus since I have not been taking them too long!
