I've taken 2 pills per day as the bottle says and I've noticed an improvement in my cognitive functions such as forming better sentences faster than I usually do as well as feeling a little more "sharp" and focused. I've never taken any supplements nor any nootropics so this was interesting to try out. The price is the only thing that is a negative for me.

My main reason for being a fan of it is because it helps support memory and focus! These capsules are caffeine free which is awesome because I have a sensitivity to caffeine. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave my mouth with a weird aftertaste. I have noticed a difference after taking these capsules with my focus and ability to stay on task! This can come hard for me typically because I have very busy two and four year old children.

I didn’t notice much of a difference—or perhaps no noticeable effects at all. The pill is hard for me to swallow; it would be better if it came in gummy form. I haven’t experienced any side effects so far, which makes me happy. However, the price isn’t very reasonable. I’m in my 40s, and I guess my brain is still working great, so this supplement might not be suitable for me just yet.
