After a rough night of not sleeping I took these pills and it gave me a slight pep in my step but didnt significantly improved my functioning. It gave me some energy to stay awake bur didnt strengthen my focus or reaction time. Throughout the days of using it i didnt find much improvement in my memory. Don't take this on an empty stomach as you will feel nauseous.
