Unfortunately I get no positive effects from this, the only effects I get is my body temp goes through the roof and I run a slight sweat. I was really excited about trying to this product but it turned out to be a massive let down. I do wonder if it's because i already run a very healthy baseline in terms of sleep 7-8 hours), exercise, diet which when combined probably create good memory and focus anyway. I don't have a problem with the price as it's the same as buy a long black per day. But in summary I'm massively disappointed in the results of using this product and I wish I could experience what the people giving it 5 star reviews did/do as from my point of view I can only assume its placebo. A coffee is much more effective :(
