There's no real taste besides being a bit herbal. I tried Alpha Brain hoping for improved focus, clarity, or memory, but honestly, I didn’t notice any real difference. I took it as recommended, but the effects—if there were any—were too subtle to feel. No boost in energy, no noticeable changes in productivity or mental sharpness. Maybe it works better for others, but for me, it felt like nothing changed. At this price point, I expected more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I’d say it is effective when it comes to brining up your energy levels and keeping you focused throughout the day making getting things done much easier and staying on task just as easy. Keep in mind though, as with every supplement, result will vary from person to person and these were just my results but I personally think it’s worth a shot! The ingredient quality is on key and vegan which I believe also contributes to the minimal scent and taste. I’d say personally that that the cost may be a little steep but if you’re in it for the focus and energy and vegan ingredients I’d say it’s effectiveness is well worth giving it a shot.

First day of trying it and had a terrible reaction. Within a hour of taking my first dose and it made me nauseous and made me dizzy. Felt like I was hungover the rest of the day. I eventually threw up and that helped clear up the nausea. Completely bummed was hoping this would help out with my cognitive skills down the road.

I’m not entirely sure if the pills themselves caused it but I got EXTREMELY twitchy — like muscle twitches in my eye face lips neck hands back legs etc. I am nervous to take more bc it was very uncomfortable and wasn’t able to actually focus on anything. No taste. It’s lots of pills though.
