I’ve been taking Alpha Brain for at least a year. I have tried other such products and the one thing I’ve noticed is there is no ingredient label on the box or bottle. If the manufacturer can’t tell you what’s in it, don’t buy it. What I see in Alpha Brain is what works for me. Also, don’t think 1 or 2 weeks for any of these products works, for some it takes longer. This is a great product for me and I have tried others.

I felt really agitated at first, then weak, and finally, I was nauseous. I tried drinking a lot of water, but that didn’t help, and I ended up throwing up. I felt terrible for the rest of the day and the morning after. I waited to write this review because I had the hope that I could give them another try, but I was too scared of feeling that bad again. I don’t know if they work or not, my body just didn’t like them. Maybe I’m just too sensitive to one of the ingredients, I’m not sure which one, because I haven’t had a reaction like that before with any other supplement.

I've been using this supplement for a couple weeks. I feel I'll need to utilize them for a few more months before I notice a significant impact. The quality of the product looks good and I will continue using them.

I would buy individual packs in the store and take one every 3-4 days, really seemed to do exactly what it says. Figured it was cheaper to buy the 30-pack direct. Took one in the late afternoon one day, another morning of the next. TOO MUCH!! My body went into a low blood pressure state, got dizzy, eventually vomited. Took almost 24 hours to work out of my system. I truly believe this product is great, but PAY ATTENTION to the usage instructions and know your body.

Bottle only comes with 30 capsules and directions are take 2 daily. That means I only used for 15 days and really not enough to see it truly works, unfortunately. Did not have any bad side effects, easy to swallow, no after taste. Would have needed to try out for at least 2 to 3 months sadly not enough product.

I started taking it as directed with 2 pills a day. I take one a day now because two will make it too hard to sleep at night. I’m pretty sure I’ll keep using them. For the first time in years, I’ve been able to sit and read a book without reading the same line 20 times because my mind started to drift. I’m not yet where I want to be but I’m hoping things continue to progress to where I can feel normal again.

I'm wondering if the difference I think I am experiencing is a placebo effect. I wanted to wait until I had ample time to try them out to post a review. I'm not sure if it would make a difference with continued use or not. I did not much care for the smell (again, may just be me as I'm sensitive). The packaging was easy to use and open. Taste, well I took it with water so I tried not to taste them. I can imagine they taste how they smell to me. May be a good value with continued use and constant use. I truly hope these work for others, I just haven't noticed a real difference for me for the time being.
