[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this awesome complementary Alpha BRAIN by Onnit. I started taking alpha brain and to my surprise it actually does work. Aside from the flavor it doesnt give me any jitters. I started noticing a difference the first week. My attitude and mental health improve, enough to lower my stress at work. Thoughts were a bit clearer and my focus was a tad sharper. Although the price is a bit up there i do not mind taking it again.

Just a bit more clarity my overall feeling changed I definitely had more clarity. I wouldn’t purchase again because the price point for the amount you get wasn’t for me. Packaging was great it gives all info in detail. Taste was ok I didn’t have an after taste come up so that’s a plus.

I don't get paid to review so this is my honest opinion I was struggling to focus was drinking about 10 energy drinks a day I went to Walmart looking for a safe alternative to getting a prescription it's helped me get further education I even got my 77yr old mom drinking it now she can remember

Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any improvement in focus, memory, or mental clarity — it honestly felt like I wasn’t taking anything at all. On the plus side, I had no side effects, and the capsules were easy to swallow. There was no unpleasant taste or aftertaste, and the smell was mild, which I appreciate. The packaging looks premium and well-designed, adding to the initial appeal. That said, the retail price feels too high considering the lack of noticeable effects. I was also unsure about the inclusion of cat’s claw — a traditional herbal extract that lacks strong scientific evidence for cognitive support. I took two just before work at 3am. I drive a Ed garbage truck. I got to work and took off in my truck when I started to feel sick in my stomach. Ten minutes later I was puking in my lunch bucket. I headed back to the yard and tried to drive home but had to pull over several times due to the overwhelming feeling of almost passing out. I could have gotten a DUI according to the laws in Oregon. I was so sick and so tired I could barely walk and when I got home I went straight to bed and didn't wake up until 7 pm. I do not recommend this to anyone. It's a gamble not worth it.
