Genius marketing and incredible website sold me on it but the product did not deliver. Been taking it for a week and I'm very disappointed, all this did was give me multiple unpleasant dreams that were slightly easier to recall. Snack on walnuts and blueberries for the mind, get into meditation for enhanced dreaming. Thought this would be a nice addition but it was not.

I can focus better on school work and it has helped me with my memory which I struggle with. It has in it Vitamin B6, Huperzia Serrata Extract, and L-Theanine to help with your memory. I recommend this if you have issues with focus and memory.
