My brain feels WAY better since taking these. I can focus on stuff longer and remember things I used to forget all the time. Makes keeping up with my dogs and all my product testing way easier! Best part? No crazy energy crash like with coffee or energy drinks. Just feel clear-headed all day. If your brain needs a boost, try this! It's super easy to take and totally worth the money. Being an artist that has to create sometimes multiple concepts on a daily basis it can get difficult to keep the creative juices flowing at times. I started trying Alpha Brain about a week ago, giving it some days off some days on to see the difference and I have to say so far I've actually noticed a huge difference in creativity on days I do take this supplement. I'm beyond amazed to find something like this that you can actually see the results immediately. It got to a point that I felt like I didn't want to put down a pen one day without picking up a brush and trying something else. Helped me focus more on detail and still have the creativeness to go deeper into my work. I'm hoping with more of this I can break the boundaries of my artistic abilities as I've been pushing to do for so long. The pills did help increase focus and memory while taking them. It helps with fast pace thinking and working through issues. It is a little pricey for me, but worth it for if I need it.

Just two pills taken with a light meal are one that are needed and recommended. I can say it helped some when I needed to push through the end of the day. Can't say this is for serious memory improvement or anything like that, probably more along the line of the alertness I have from drinking tea in the afternoon but without the caffeine.

The label instructs to use three capsules however, I only take two and two seems to be quite enough for me. I weigh 150 lbs and am in excellent physical condition. These supplements really work. What I mean is this: thinking and focusing like never before. Like major intense awareness. Yet peaceful and serene at the same time. I take two capsules in the morning with one cup of Starbucks and “ZINGGGG” within 15 minutes I am dialed in. I take two capsules every day and even after two months daily I can stop taking these and there are zero side effects accept the awareness that I am not dialed in as usual but no big deal. Being overly focused is not really necessary for me every day but I must admit it is a fun and energizing experience.

My focus and productivity felt about the same as usual, and there wasn’t any noticeable improvement in mental clarity or memory. Thankfully I also didn’t experience any side effects like some people have mentioned. Everyone’s different and even though it didn’t do much for me, it could still work well for someone else. If you’re curious and looking for something to support your mental performance, it might still be worth trying out to see how it works for you. It is caffeine free which is great. Also to note, I don’t have any other supplement to compare it to, so it’s hard to say if I don’t respond to just this one or all supplements of this type.
