I had an awful experience- this supplement made me extremely sick. I took 2 pills 8:30am with toast - 30 mins later explosive diarrhea. Shortly after that vomiting started and that continued on and off all day. I couldn’t work all I could do was lay in bed sick and nauseated. Attempted to drink some ginger ale around 7pm that night immediately made me throw up again. Will be throwing this away and never trying again - wasted my day - extremely upset at myself for taking this supplement without researching further. There are plenty of negative reviews I should have read before trying.

The 30-capsule bottle is a daily cognitive supplement aimed at boosting focus, memory, and reaction time. I’ve noticed it helps me stay focused during work, especially on sluggish afternoons. No caffeine jitters, which is great since I’m sensitive to that. Memory feels a tad sharper, like recalling meeting details easier. Reaction time’s tricky to judge, but I feel more alert. I felt like I was more focused and aware. I plan to continue taking these to see if I see a significant difference after a few months
