I have been on alpha brain for about 5 days now and this is what I've noticed... Before I started I was not one for remembering dreams and I now have very vivid dreams that I recall frequently. I wouldn't call them "lucid" but they are easier to recall and very specific. As far as increased focus and cognitive function I can't say that I've noticed a drastic change. I noticed more of a change in my focus when I was supplementing krill oil and an EPA extract but I did not have the dreams like I do with alpha brain. I bought the double pack so I will see where I am at in a couple weeks but for right now, placebo effect or not, I think the dreams alone are worth the purchase!

They are tasteless pills will all natural ingredients and I have been focused with all of my work and studies much more recently ever since I started taking the pills.

Unfortunately this had the opposite effect on me. This made me feel more confused and foggy. The capsule are rather large making them a bit difficult to swallow. I did give it 2 stars because it is well packaged and seems to be well formulated, just not for me.
