They help you maintain focus, memory, and reaction time. It is effective because it keeps you focused and clear in your daily routines.

It has no taste which I like, I do feel more clarity but I don’t know if it is from it yet or just knowing I’m taking in good ingredients. Will be trying out for a couple more months

This stuff is working for me... I took the recommended dose with my breakfast and started working on my laptop (instead of going onto YouTube to watch mindless videos). After about 45 minutes I realized that I was EXTREMELY focused on what I was doing. I'm usually pretty easily distracted and procrastinate minor things, but now I just do things. When I'm multi-tasking, sometimes it takes me 10/20 seconds to get back in the flow when I switch from one thing to another... it's like 5 seconds or less today :) I don't know how the people leaving negative reviews are using this or what their expectations are, but if you look at the clinical studies... you'll see it gives you an edge, it doesn't turn you into a superhuman like the dude in the movie Limitless. There is a quote from the movie that seems fitting though, "It works better if you're already smart." ie: if you're already a bright, productive, and focused person it will likely amplify that. If you're taking it to make up for an ABSENCE of productivity/focus, I doubt you'll receive any benefit. There's no magic bullet for that... I noticed a difference... Try it out for yourself!

It's a bit on the pricey side for a supplement but in the same range as everything else. I wouldn't recommend as an everyday use because of side effects that can occur. Talk to your doctor before taking any supplements.

These supplements aren't hard to swallow and I noticed no aftertaste, which is great because that's mainly why I steer clear of non-gummy supplements. These will for sure be on my list to purchase in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised to feel more energetic and aware after taking these. I even felt like my reaction time on the volleyball court was a bit quicker. I had seen many ads saying how great these are - so I’m glad I got to try them. I will keep using them for a few more months, especially as I go back to school for more masters credits. I would recommend trying these to see if they work for you too!
