The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any bad smell or taste. They didn't cause me any negative side effects. I am not sure how to tell if they are effective. I think someone might need to take the supplement for longer. I would recommend giving it a try.

On a few days I woke up feeling less than well rested, I have taken it in the morning and felt more "on point" with clearer thinking about an hour after taking. No caffeine, so that's a plus!

I haven't seen any other reviews about the pills making you feel weird. The 1st day I took 2 right after eating. A couple of hours later, I felt nauseous and light headed. It was so strange... I threw up a few times and that feeling was still in my gut. Didn't try again for a week. This morning I took 1 pill after a meal. I feel a little weird with an upset stomach. Nothing like the 1st time though. Thank goodness. Not sure if it's just my body rejecting these pills or what. I'm nervous to try another day. Maybe it'll get better? I can't handle it getting worse again. Anyone else feel this way?

It took a few times to figure out that it was causing my skin to become all red and blotchy but when I stopped the blotchyness did too. I don't have any specific allergy that I know of related to its ingredients but it sure was something that caused it. So I can't provide any other details besides that.

I can tell a big difference in my productivity after I take it in the morning. I can pivot from one thing to the other and keep going. I haven't really experienced that possibility in my daily life up till this point. Can't speak for everyone else, but it's definitely worth trying.
